Client Success: Novotel

With this project in mind, the Novotel in Charenton Le Pont wanted to install VitrineMedia products. Today, it is equipped with 3 VM Mobile Stands – in the reception area, in the hall and in front of the meeting and conference rooms. As for the restaurant, management chose the VM Wall to display its menus and daily specials.

After a few months, these installations have proven to be a success. In the reception area, the VM Mobile Stand allows easy reading of the messages thanks to the 3 tilted A3 displays. The receptionist, tells us “I also work for another hotel located near Gare de Lyon, and they do not have these products; I can really tell the difference. It adds a touch of professionalism and elegance to the hotel. The static display has raised the bar!” In addition, the Customer Service representative, assures us that the VM Mobile Stands are frequently requested by customers organising large conferences, seminars or other professional meetings. “The innovative solution is also a huge success for the restaurant. Now our menu is highlighted. We have increased our traffic rate in the restaurant space. Before, people did not stop as often to read what we had to offer. This solution works perfectly works for us today, and I’m sure it could suit other markets as well” adds The Bar Manager.
