Bega Valley Realty gives VitrineMedia LED solutions its prized tick of approval
A fresh look backed by experience.
That’s what Bega Valley Realty looked to bring to the local real estate market in Bega on New South Wales’ Far South Coast when business partners Rob Flynn and Rob Schadel took the step earlier this year to leave the relative comfort of employee status to go it alone.
The experience was there, with the pair having sold homes in the area for over 25 years.

The fresh look had been conceptualised and would be achieved through an innovative approach built on professionalism, honesty, integrity and a healthy dose of friendliness and approachability.

“But we realised that as the new agency in a town of established business – even if some of them look to be mired in the 1960s – we would need to be seen to be different if we were to get our third important tick,” Rob Flynn explains while sharing the rationale behind the stylised tick in the ‘V’ of ‘Valley’ in the company’s logo.
“We needed to rise above the competition, create a point of difference and convey a 21 st Century look and philosophy – and signage was an essential element of the mix, along with the office fit-out, interior design and furnishings.”
That’s when the Robs headed to the real estate industry’s major annual conference and exhibition, AREC, on the Gold Coast in late May.
“We had a clear picture of what we wanted, even if the excitement was a little tempered by the possibility that we wouldn’t quite find what we were after and be forced to compromise,” he continued.
They need not have fretted as one visit to the VitrineMedia Australia stand and a detailed product demonstration from New South Wales Sales Manager Delon Magua and they immediately knew they had found what they were looking for.
Here was a range of products from a company equally committed to providing a fresh look backed
by years of experience as VitrineMedia, established in Paris, France some 13 years ago, is today a truly global business with close on 50,000 customers around the world. Here was a company offering the most powerfully illuminated static backlit LED screens on the market, all reflecting sleek, stylish and minimalist lines; together with green credentials thanks to low energy consumption and recyclable components, and an unmatched suite of warranties and guarantees.
Bega Valley Realty placed the order weeks later and had the VitrineMedia screens – a large banner carrying the company’s name and corporate branding and 12 A3 screens devoted to property listings – up, running and sparkling ahead of the end-August 2019 grand opening.
“The VitrineMedia screens have helped us share with the people of Bega just what they’ve been missing all along, and the response has exceeded expectation,” Rob Flynn continued.
“We chose the products to help us capture the desired position in the market, celebrate the essence of who we are and achieve sales. The screens have not disappointed and it’s no exaggeration to say they have played a big part in our positive start to life as an independent.”
“The office looks great, with the modern, clean and uncluttered windows very much on trend with the stylish interior design; and it’s fair to say our experience with VitrineMedia, from the products to people like Delon, has been exemplary.”
