VitrineMedia screens the best investment ever – and by a country mile!

“It is the best investment I have ever made.”

That’s high praise indeed but in the view of Kieran Tully, each of those nine words has been carefully considered to accurately convey his feelings about VitrineMedia’s backlit static LED screens and the impact they have had on his business in the five months since their pre-Christmas 2018 installation.

The astute principal of Mt Isa-based City & Country Realty recalls how, with the business moving to new purchased premises and undergoing an extensive fit-out to deliver a stylish and modern look, he was in search of the piece de resistance that would provide the figurative exclamation to the office.

“I had contemplated plasma screens until, during a short break in Brisbane last spring, I first saw the VitrineMedia LED screens in a number of agencies in the state’s capital. They immediately captivated me and I reasoned that if they had that effect on me, surely they would have a similar impact on those looking to buy, sell, lease or rent property,” he says.

“I did some research online before contacting VitrineMedia’s Queensland Sales Manager, Enrico Barone, who provided additional information on the luminosity of the screens, their energy efficiency and the string of outstanding guarantees – like 80,000 hours on the LED panels – the company provides.

“The products, backed by Enrico’s knowledge, professionalism and an honest, friendly and down-to-earth manner, told me this was the way to go – and thankfully, my instinct proved to be right!

“In the short space of time since their installation, daytime window-shopping and walk-ins are on the up and even between the hours of 8.00pm and midnight, our shopfront security cameras tell us that an average of 20 pedestrians and motorists stop to take a closer look and spend a good few minutes doing so.

“There is no doubt that the VitrineMedia backlit LED screens have already paid their way and played their part in cementing City & Country’s dominant position in the local real estate market by increasing visitations, listings and sales.”

Kieran, born and raised in Mt Isa, started in real estate some seven years ago at what was then the local Ray White office. His family went on to buy the business in 2013, rebrand it City & Country Realty and under his stewardship, grow it to the point where it employs almost 20 people and is considered the real estate leader in the city of more than 20,000 people.

“I cannot praise the VitrineMedia screens, nor the people in the company, enough,” he continues.

“The beautifully slim and sleek product oozes inviting qualities and has been universally complimented by our staff, clients, competitors and the general public, while Enrico Barone was fantastic throughout the process and didn’t allow the tyranny of distance to get in the way or slow things down. I measured up and photographed the three identical bay windows, emailed everything to him on the Gold Coast and he promptly responded with a proposed layout and associated costs.  

“He also recommended A3 screens as they not only have the capacity to feature two A4s but you are able to showcase a hero listing by devoting the entire A3 screen to the one property. He further explained how the 60 A3-screen option, with the capacity to display 120 properties in A4 format, was more cost effective than 120 A4 screens.”

And when the products were delivered a few days later for self-installation by Kieran one Saturday afternoon, Enrico was on the phone for over an hour talking Kieran through the process and answering all queries.  A few hours later, all 60 screens were up and proudly promoting City & Country Realty’s properties, building its brand and raising its profile.

“As I said earlier, it’s the best investment I have ever made – and may I add, by the proverbial country mile…” concludes Kieran.
