Cole with a bright future, thanks in part to VitrineMedia’s vibrant LED screens
When you’re a new business entering a busy marketplace heaving with longstanding and high recognition name brands, it is important to rise above the clutter, to deliver that ‘OMG’ first impression and to position yourself as an exciting, inviting, innovative and fresh face.
It’s a philosophy close to Nick Cole’s heart and it has certainly paid off for his boutique real estate agency, Cole Residential, that came into existence on the Gold Coast’s Isle of Capri in the spring of 2018, with VitrineMedia’s backlit static LED screens enjoying pride of place in the company’s expansive windows.
“We knew our newness posed a challenge, but we also understood the enormous opportunity it presented to make our mark as a real estate agency with a difference, one that offers a tailored and uncomplicated experience for both the discerning buyer and seller,” Nick explains.
“And that required us to be the best in every aspect of the business, from our interaction with clients, our partnering culture and our honest advice, to our built environment of office space, interior design and the manner in which we display our clients’ properties.”
With the official opening just months away, Nick attended the annual Australasian Real Estate Conference (AREC) in May last year, his mission being not only to keep up to speed on industry developments and network with his peers but to find the perfect window display solution.
“Our stylish and modern office on Via Roma enjoys a high level of foot traffic and road exposure,” Nick says, adding that the perfect solution needed to both maximise the location and capture the attention of passers-by while boosting Cole Residential’s contemporary corporate image and brand.
“When I set eyes on the VitrineMedia screens, I immediately saw the synergies. Bright, sleek, minimalistic and every bit modern, the products were also provided by a recognised market leader and backed by an impressive array of guarantees and after sales services.”
Other factors that swung the decision in VitrineMedia’s favour were the added aesthetics of the neat brushed aluminium rails, the slim and unobtrusive cabling and the stylish stainless-steel connectors.
Nick was also captivated by the screens’ low voltage, along with the ease with which the printed display material can be removed and replaced.
“The scalability and modular nature of the VitrineMedia solution also means we can build on the display in the months ahead – and given the favourable reception they’ve received since installation and the contribution they have made to our sales and marketing efforts, that is certainly something we will be looking to do,” Nick continues.
Since the 15 A3 screens and a large format A0 screen went in last October, positive feedback has been relentless, with just about everyone commenting on how eye-catching the Cole Residential shopfront is. There has also been a most pleasing upsurge in active engagement during both the business day and after hours.
“The VitrineMedia displays are an important extension of our client marketing campaign, offering day and night exposure while simultaneously promoting our office and the Cole Residential brand,” Nick notes.
“But more than merely being a superior product, the VitrineMedia backlit LED solution comes with a team of professional, accommodating and forthcoming people, happy to share their creative ideas and layouts to give us the best possible appeal and visibility.”
“In fact, you could not ask for a better, more friendly, efficient and reliable crowd to do business with than VitrineMedia Queensland Sales Manager Enrico Barone and his team.”
